Return Policy
At Seventh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange eligible products under the conditions outlined below.

Returns
We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:
- The return is initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not a non-returnable or final sale item (see Section 3).
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
- If your return is rejected, we will notify you and offer options, such as sending the product back to you (at your cost).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Discounted or sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
- Due to the nature of certain products (such as fragrances or beauty items), we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Depending on stock availability, we will either replace the item or provide a refund.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping your item back to us unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).
- Domestic Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for any shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes associated with returning the item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
